『横丁&自身の歴史と年末のご挨拶』 "Nonbei Yokocho & my own history / Greetings at the end of the year 2018"

渋谷のんべい横丁、小さな横丁が今やブランドに!
始めて見た横丁の印象
へ〜え線路側、しかも駅の近く?ウ〜〜ん赤提灯、私には全く興味が無し!
そこえいきなり、『お店をやって見ないかい』….と、声がかかった。
興味はないが、どのようなお店か、見るだけでも..と、横丁に足を運んだ
渋谷駅から徒歩3.4分、裏通りに行って見ると約40店舗の長屋のお店にビックリ
入って見るとL型のカウンターに7席〜8席の椅子
カウンターの中のお店の方とお客様の距離がとても近い、
どのような料理を作っているのか良く見える。
ひととおり話しを聞き帰宅、(当時、私は服飾の仕事をしていて、業績もそこそこ挙げ、業者から
結構声がかかるが、そろそろ自分にとってこの仕事は終わりと思い断る)
それから、3ケ月間考えた結果、
やった事の無い仕事にチャレンジする決意へ
現在のえのき(1985年12月〜)に転職!
その際お店をやる……...3の指針を決める
1,これからの時代多くの女性が仕事に進出する時代へ、男性同様仕事の帰りに一呼吸する場所
2,日本への来客、海外の人達が入りやすいお店に(口コミ)
3,老若男女、肩書き無し、同じ志しを持っている皆さんとコミニケーションが出来るお店に
お陰様で今日まで、指針通り結果を出し、1分も掛からない場所へ2号店(4年目)を出し、
素晴らしいお客様に支えられる今日
本当に有り難う御座います。
来年もまた楽しく、叱咤激励をしながら、スタッフ一同頑張ります。
As you know my Enoki located Shibuya Nonbei Yokocho.
The small alley with old building is becoming a brand gradually!
The impression of the yokocho that I saw for the first time.
Along the railroad and close to the station? Izakaya in red lantern?
I was not interested at all!
Suddenly, "Do you have intrest in opening a izakaya?", A voice caught.
I am not interested so much, but just by watching what kind of shops. . . That was the opportunity to visit the alley.
It was 3.4 minutes from Shibuya station, I went to the back street and I was surprised at a store of about 40 shops in Nagaya style.
The seats 7 to 8 seats in an L type counter. The distance between the kitchen and customer was very close.
Customer could see what kind of dish someone made.
I listened to detail and the contract that time.
At that time, I was doing work for clothes.
A couple of achievements at the company, so many suppliers offered me a job title.
However, I thought my job of clothing was over.
As a result of thinking for three months, I decided to challenge new work for eating and drinking I never had done.
From December 1985, I started to new job in Enoki!
I decided three guidelines for myself.
1, In the future I think many women into work like the men. Want to make places where they can breathe easily after work as well as the men.
2, Be friendly to foreign people coming to Japan.
3, No matter young and old, male and female, Having job title or not! Everyone enjoying drink communication.
Thanks to you, I was able to give results to these three policies until today.
In the 4th year, we opened a second Enoki shop to a location close by one minute.
I rearry happy to supported by wonderful customers.
Next year we will be happy together again.
Our staff will do our best as well as this year.
