「人材とは」 "Human resources"

自分が理論的なタイプだと……
理屈つぽい人の方が人材に見える
逆に自分が余りに物を考えず行動するタイプだとする
同じタイプの人が人材に見える。
又 自己中心的で俺が俺がという思いが強いと
人の功績も長所も分からず、欠点ばかり目につく。
(人はどうしても自分の尺度でしか人を評価出来ない)
結局人材を見つける「目」というのは、人の長所を見抜く能力がいえる
私の 師匠からの話し
If you're a theoretical type ...
People who speak logically look better.
Conversely, lf you are a type that acts without thinking too much,
The same type of person looks good for you.
If you are self-centered and have the strongest desire to be yourself,
you will not notice the achievements and strengths of people, so you
will notice only defects.
"People can only evaluate people on their own scale"
After all, the “eyes” to find human resources are the ability to see
the strengths of humans.
I learned a lesson from my teacher
