長引くコロナ禍 Prolonged effect of coronavirus

10年単位..何かしら大きな事件に遭遇.....だが、今回はいつもの時代との違い
世界中コロナウイルスの感染者増加 の影響により、企業は「働き方」改革を
大きく変化....テレワークが中心となり、仕事帰りに「ちょつと一杯レス」
「仲間同士レス」が大きく削減....

そんな中の半年、待てどお客様の来店も少なく、多少なりとも変革をしょうと
思いの決断を進行中....9月中までに?

テレワークで思う事、リーダーの決断力の見識があるかないかで、はっきりと
格差の影響が出始めている話を聞く
それには、リーダーが、現場の人々を大事にしているのか?

時には、お店に足を運び、全く知らない人々とカウンターでのコミニケーションの
中で、新しい発見が、多くあること認識して欲しい。
