明けましておめでとう御座います。
いまだ世界を恐怖感に奮っているコロナウイルス
だが、嵐も負けず、風にも負けず、病魔が襲って来ても
吹き飛ばすくらいの、強い生命力が、必要(笑)…と、常に自分にいいかせている

ブログもお陰様で、228回目となり、恥ずかしながらこれからも
えのきのお店が続く限り、頑張ります~~

今年始め日本列島、日本海側は大雪、東京は晴天の空!!
正月3日ー午前中どうしても東京駅の近くに用事あり
13:00 用事を済ませ、初めての箱根駅伝を見る為、ゴール前の
大手町読売新聞のビルより、一つ手前の沿道に5分前到着
静かな空間、トップのランナーが来たー、駒澤大、エ~~いつトップになつたの??
2番のランナー、昨日はトップ、期待もしなかった創価大のランナー素晴らしい…拍手
3番のランナー中々来ない
待っている中、携帯のガラ携を持ったご婦人が、私の前で、4番青学が入ってくるという
嘘でしょう、昨日10番目のはずが ? さすが連覇へのランナー達

そうでなく、私の見たいのは、国学院……なぜって、渋谷に住み、
長年お店の得意様方大変お世話になって応援当たり前、
そんな事思いながら、9番目に入ってきた
良く頑張ったと、選手に喝采をその姿を見ていた、20代の男の子2人
あの~~お母さんの子供さんですかと、声をかけられた (嘘だけど、ハ…イ)と伝え
恥ずかしくつて、その場から即離れた(笑笑)

Happy New Year, everyone.
Coronavirus is still scary it doesn't seem to end all over the world.
However, I am telling myself that I need a strong vitality as "does not lose to the storm, does not lose to the wind, and blows away even if the sickness attacks me!" Lol

Thanks to this blog, this update is the 228th time.
I'm embarrassed a bit but I'll do my best as long as the Enoki restaurant continues!

At the beginning of this year, the weather in Japan was heavy snow on the Sea of Japan side, but Tokyo was a beautiful sunny sky.
On the 3rd of the new year, I had a business near Tokyo station in the morning.
After finishing my personal errands around 13:00, I decided to see the goal of Hakone Ekiden.

(※Hakone Ekiden, which is officially called Tokyo-Hakone Round-Trip college Ekiden race, is held every year on the second and the third of January. The course of Hakone Ekiden is separated into five sections between Tokyo and Hakone. Each university team has 10 members.)

I arrived 5 minutes before the roadside of the Yomiuri Shinbun building located Otemachi in front of the goal point.
The quiet space became noisy in an instant.
Apparently, when I thought that the top runner came, I was the runner of Komazawa University who was in 3rd place until yesterday.
I didn't know when Komazawa was at the top!
The next second runner was Soka University who didn't expect to be the top yesterday. Great ... applauded!
After that, the runners of No. 3 Toyo University.
While I was waiting, the lady who had a mobile said that Aoyama Gakuin University would come in as No. 4, probably she checked it with her mobile.
Is it true! ?? Aoyama Gakuin was 10th yesterday weren't they?? I thought, but I was impressed with the runners who wanted to win the championship in a row.

Not so!
What I want to see is Kokugakuin University.
I've lived in Shibuya for a long time and they have been a good customer for many years.
It is natural to support Kokugakuin because indebted.
When I thought about that, the last runner of Kokugakuin finished the 9th.
I said to the runners, "Congratulations, you did the best!"
Two boys in their twenties who were watching it asked me "Is he your children?" so I answered yes with a lie, though I don't know why. Lol
I became embarrassed and hurried away from there.

世界的コロナウイルスに悩ませ暗いニュースの毎日
11月末、都からの要請で、お店は2度目の時短を云われる今日
なんだかんだと、忍耐の一声~
そんな中、最近新しいお客様が増えている。
それも20歳~30代、
1ケ月前2人の青年が、ドアを開けた瞬間
お店に入る際の挨拶が出来ていない「もう一度出直し」と
言った所"ハイ"と素直に、出直しする若者(笑)
そんな姿を見たお客様達、ママの厳しい一言だが笑顔が和む
その後、2度目に来店際当時の話が話題になった所へ
君達何歳....ハイ 24歳です。
そうかい、良い店に来たよ、こうゆう場所に入り、いろいろな人達の話題を聞き
良い事学ぶんだよと、大先輩からのメッセージ
一杯ご馳走するから...ママ飲ましてあげてよ.....同じ年頃の男性1人、計3人の若者、
有難う御座います。と深くお辞儀!!

大先輩!! 45年前=自社ブランド設立、今年に入って、社長から会長へ
自分の部下には、常に「励まし」の言葉をかけている場面を良く見る。
コロナ禍が長引けば、人と人のつながりが希薄になりがち
大先輩のように、感染防止に注意しながらも、元気な姿に感銘をうける。
多様なつながりがある人は健康で免疫力が高い!!
これから、冬本番、一歩勇気を持ち他者との会話
免疫力をつけて健康に前向きな毎日を過ごして頂きたい。

Due to the coronavirus, the world has been living with dark news every day.
At the end of November, at the request of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the restaurant was requested to close earlier.

Meanwhile, the number of new customers has been increasing recently at Enoki.
They are almost young customers in 20s and 30s.

A month ago, two young men opened the enoki door, but without any greetings.
They couldn't say hello when they entered, so I said, "You must do it again. you'll be able to join us with greetings."
They honestly answered "yes", then they greeted cheerfully and re-entered (LOL).
The other elderly customers who saw such a figure smiled and the atmosphere softened.

Then, when they come to the store for the second time, they talk about their age, they are 24 years old.
One of the regular customer said
"Oh yeah, you guys came to a good izakaya! you go to various places like here, listen to the topics of various people and learn good things.
I'll treat you to a drink to celebrate your future ... Mama, give them a drink! "
The three young men in their 20s bowed deeply, raising a glass each other.
They thanked him for the message from their seniors in life.
The regular customers who bought alcohol were those who established their own brand 45 years ago, and in 2020, he became chairman from the president.
I often see his subordinates, always he says some "encouragement".

The effects of the coronavirus tend to weaken the connection between people.
However, I am really grateful for customers who show their energetic appearance while paying attention to infection prevention, such as regular customers.
I think people with diverse connections are healthy and have high immunity.
From now on, we would like you to spend the winter season, positive mind makes immunity and good health.

2020年11月09日

深夜 12時前、お店の内外のチエックをして、さあ~~今日も無事故に仕事が終った!
急ぎ自宅へ、ハ~~イ .タクシーと、手を上げ車の中へ入り、シートベルトのチエック
行き先場所を伝え出発~~
車が動き出したと思いきや、運転手さんから「お客さん!今日は信じられない事が
あり、17人のお客さんから乗り入れを拒否され.....もう嫌で、今日限りで
この会社辞めたくなったと」絶句
どうゆう事ですか？と、問うて見たところ、今の車はセダンタイプ
3年前から、荷物と乗り入れがしやすく、室内の空間も良い
「ジャパンタクシー」が、目立つようになり、お客様からも定評がある車を
選んでいるように見えると険しい顔の表情で語られ
ようやくお客様に乗って頂いたと....苦笑い
その後運転手さんも、気分が落ち着いた所で
私からの一言、運転手さん~~今日は偶然にもそんなお客様が多かったのではないですか？
コロナ禍で、一人でも多く売り上げを上げたい一心ですが、
良い笑顔で、お客様を迎えて頑張って下さいと伝え..自宅前に到着

...車を選ぶより乗った瞬間、室内の空気が行き届いているか
行き場所を伝え、近くまで気持ちよく乗せてもらう、プロの自覚を持っているか
最近50%近くプロの自覚を持っていない運転手が少ないように見える。
チョツト厳しい言葉…

Before midnight, I checked the closing of Enoki and finished my work safely that day.
I go back home by taxi usually.

"Hey taxi," I raised my hand, took a stopped taxi, and fastened my seat belt.
As soon as I told him where I was going, the driver spoke to me.
"Could I tell today's unlucky story? There was something I couldn't believe today.
I was denied boarding by as many as 17 customers!
This is the first time since I became a taxi driver. I wanted to quit this company for today only. Thank you for riding anyway! "

I was wondering why so many 17 people hated his taxi. It's an ordinary taxi no matter where I look.
I asked him why his taxi was rejected.

Apparently, his taxi is a conventional sedan type,
but since about three years ago, small minivan-type taxis from "Japan Taxi", which makes it easy for luggage to enter and the interior space feels wide, have gradually increased in Tokyo.
He said with a stern look that he might be out of business with an old-fashioned type of car like him, as a new driver chooses a car that is popular with customers and operates as a taxi.

After that, the driver also seemed to feel calm.
I arrived at home and told him before getting off.
"Mr, you were unlucky today. Due to the recession caused by the coronavirus, I can understand you would like to sell as much as possible, but please do your best with a good smile and welcome customers."
He also smiled and left.

In my personal opinion, rather than choosing the shape of the car, I'm more concerned about how well the room is cleaned the moment I get in.
Also, I think how much a driver knows good way to arrive, having professional awareness when I tell them where to go and making customers feel comfortable while they drive.
Nearly 50% of taxi drivers these days feel that many drivers don't have professionalism.
It's a bit of a strict word... but I hope try to do their best.

2020年10月09日

2.3年前、長く勤務していた会社を辞めて、イノシシや鹿の数が多くなっている事から
第一銃弾所持許可を獲て、今新潟へ行っているK氏
狩猟期は11月の中間までお休み
その間、今は農業に携わっていると伺った。
経験も浅く農業は厳しいというが、地域の人々から
一つ一つ教えてもらい、汗だくになりながら畑を耕し
精魂込めて野菜を植え、みずみずしい緑の葉が、一面に生い茂る姿への愛着
廻りは見渡す限り山々、静かな農村地帯
毎日が学びの日々
唯 ....人が欲しい、若くやる気の人材が一人でもいると、周辺も変わる
一言

東京での短い休暇日だが、両親への親孝行、近場へドライブし、美味しい食事をたべて
えのきにも顔出し、明日から足元は新潟の方向、頑張ります。

A regular customer, Mr. K quit the company he had worked for a long time a few years ago.
He got a hunting license to bacame a hunter.
Now, He is moving to Niigata for hunting due to the growing number of wild boars and deers.

The hunting season is closed until mid-November.
In the meantime, I heard he is doing agriculture.
He has little experience in farming and says it is difficult, but he says he could learn how to do farming one by one from the local people.
Plow the fields and plant vegetables with all his might.
Fresh green foliage, mountains as far as the eye can see, quiet rural areas, everyday continues learning.
He said if you are farming, you will want the manpower.
If there was even one young and motivated person, it would change.

Although it was a short vacation in Tokyo, Mr. K went to a nearby drive as a filial piety to his parents, and after eating a delicious meal, he also appeared on my Enoki too.
Mr. K will return to Niigata from tomorrow and will do his best.

10年単位..何かしら大きな事件に遭遇.....だが、今回はいつもの時代との違い
世界中コロナウイルスの感染者増加の影響により、企業は「働き方」改革を
大きく変化....テレワークが中心となり、仕事帰りに「ちょつと一杯レス」
「仲間同士レス」が大きく削減....

そんな中の半年、待てどお客様の来店も少なく、多少なりとも変革をしょうと
思いの決断を進行中....9月中までに?

テレワークで思う事、リーダーの決断力の見識があるかないかで、はっきりと
格差の影響が出始めている話を聞く
それには、リーダーが、現場の人々を大事にしているのか？

時には、お店に足を運び、全く知らない人々とカウンターでのコミニケーションの
中で、新しい発見が、多くあること認識して欲しい。

My life encounters something big every decade.
However, this Covid-19 situation is my first experience, which is different from usual.

As a result of the increase in the number of people infected with coronaviruses around the world, companies have changed their work style reforms as work from home is the main focus.
I think the number of “little bite and tipsy” and “meeting with colleagues” after working is greatly reduced.

In the meantime, in the past half a year, the number of customers who visit my Enoki has decreased too, I will try to change even if it is small things.
I will think about what to make by mid-September.

Thoughts from working from home and remote work.
I hear that the influence of the disparity is starting to appear, depending on whether or not the leader has the determination power.
Do leaders value the people on site?

Sometimes I want people to come to real places such as my Enoki.
Remind that there are many new discoveries in counter communication with people who do not know at all.

7月23~26日 4日間の連休今年は迷ったが、気持ちの切り替に京都へ~足を運ぶ
7月の京都 !!毎度ながら、風も無くムシムシして、何しろ暑いの一言
だが、今年の7月は祇園祭もなく、さわやかな気候の京都だった。

私の京都の魅力
一つ目....季節限定の素材を堪能出来る事の満足
その素材をいかしての、食事を食べに行くのが、毎年の楽しみ!
2つ目....何方かへの贈り物をしたいと思うと、小さなお店には魅力的な品物が多くある。
3つ目.....観光は殆んどしないが、時間の合間に歴史の場所には時々足を運ぶ。

ま~ァそんな感じで、2時間半かけての食事を終え、友人と阪急電車に乗るまでの、
街を歩いていると
昼間の京都の顔から一歩裏通りへ歩くと、夜の通りは余り見たくない別の顔がある街

コロナ禍で、観光の人は少なく、久しぶり静かな空間を味あったが、
多くのお店は夜だけのお店では、厳しいと....昼、夜と切磋琢磨で頑張っている姿
さあ~~私も気を引き締めて、心を大きく開いて頑張ります。

4 days consecutive holiday from July 23 to 26.
I was considering if I could go on a trip or not, I went to Kyoto to get fresh air.

Kyoto in July!
Every summer in Kyoto is so humid with no wind there!
However, in July of this year, there was no Gion festival and there were few people.
Kyoto had a relatively refreshing climate.

Charm of Kyoto for me.
First... I can enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients.
Every year, I really look forward to eating seasonal dishes!

Second ... If you want to give a gift to somebody, there are many attractive items in a small shop.

Third... I don't do much sightseeing, but I can feel the beautiful scenery of Japan if I go to the historical places from time to time.

After finishing my dinner for two and a half hours with a friend that night, I walked down the street to the station.
There was another face I didn't want to see in the streets that I couldn't understand in Kyoto during the day.

Due to the influence of coronavirus, there were very few tourists and I could enjoy the quiet Kyoto for a long time, but many restaurants are difficult to operate only at night.
I was impressed by how hard every restaurant staff worked day and night.
Now, I'll go back to Tokyo and try to do my best.

2020年07月20日

久しぶり、えのきのお店オープン、早速待っていましたと
E氏が駆つけ......一言
ママさ ~外出自粛の2ヶ月さすが、自宅での酒も飽き、カウンターの席で
色々な出来事など、人と会話をし、美味しい食べ物と
酒を飲む事が、いかに大事かと思った(笑)
(脳の活性化)……ネ

若き弁護士の雑談
コロナで、犯罪は少なくなったが、
離婚が増え、事業の破産が増えてるとの話…あら ~~ 大変!!

10年単位大きな事件が起きる度,1人1人の進化が問われる
その中で、何があつても自身の前向きな生き方に勝利する事を
常に心に刻んでいる。(主)

2ケ月の自粛から、6月…お店の開店からまだ40%の、人の出入り
痩せた人はいないもの、すこうしお腹の周りがふっくらしている人
多く……気をつけましょう(^○^)

After 2 months of refraining from opening my restaurant Enoki, we opened after a long time.
Mr. E, a regular customer, came immediately.
And he said.
“I felt bored drinking at home for two months self-restraint period. Eating delicious food, talking with other people at the counter seat and drinking. I thought it is so important for me.''
I thought of it as brain activation(lol)

Next is a chat with a young lawyer.
"With the refraining from going out by Covid-19, crimes have decreased.
However, it seems that divorces are increasing and business bankruptcies are increasing."
It's a hard time.

I think that every time a major accident occurs every decade, the evolution of each person is being questioned.
No matter what happens, I always try to win myself with a positive way of life.

From two months of self-restraint to this June, Enoki is still 40% less people than usual.
None of the regular customers were slim down I've met after self-restraint period. Lol.
Many people have a little plump around their stomachs....Be careful about your health.

2020年06月05日

2ケ月自粛期間…読書7冊完了
運動不足…毎日ストレチ体操

自宅での食事も飽きる、散歩がてら、友人のお店の蕎麦屋へ行く途中
新緑若々しく、さわやかな青空を見上げ、昼間とあって、何軒かの住宅の前には
ランチの宅配が目立つ!!
徒歩25分蕎麦屋に到着
出来る限りすこしでも、売り上げを貢献したく、ビール、つまみ、焼酎と飲むが
昼間のお酒効~~クギャ~

その後、今度は逆の方向へ出向く..…徒歩25分、20年間行きつけのお店!!夕方5:00
スタッフも制限らしく、厨房合わせて6名
現在の状況をスタッフの人達と語り、さあ~~しっかり食べて飲んで、売り上げ貢献
途中! 友人を呼ぶ事に電話をする。ピピピ~~「何々さん今晩は.......と伝えれると
お早う!!今何時..??え~ッ今、朝ではないの??との答えが戻る。
完全に朝と夜の境目が、分からなくなっている、暇人もいる(笑)

まあ~~仕事もなく、外に出られない日が続くと朝晩や曜日の感覚が
"ずれる"てしまうが....
嬉しい事に
週1 親しい友人と、電話でのビデオレター、えのきのお店のような盛り上がり
両面の目の前にはワイン1本、スコッチウイスキーを置いて、氷にグラス、
会話も要点を2.3点決めたが、1時間、2時間と爆笑しながら余談が多くなり
途中ワインも
いつのまにか..カラッポ!! 時計を見ると、夜中12:00 あら~もうこんな時間
もう寝なくっては、会話終わり.「.おやすみ」と床に就く

It is a two-month self-restraint period due to coronavirus.
I have finished reading 7 books while quarantine myself..
I am worried about lack of exercise and continue to do stretching exercises every day.

Nowadays I'm getting tired of eating at home.
I decided to go to my friend's soba restaurant.
Looking up at the refreshing blue sky with beautiful fresh green while walking, it was just lunch time, so there were lunch delivery bikes and bicycles in front of some houses.
After 25 minutes on foot, I arrived at my friend's Soba restaurant.
I want to contribute to sales as much as possible, and order beer, many appetisers, and shochu.
How drunk was I! Drinking during the daytime is quick to get drunk!

After that, I went an Izakaya I have been visiting for 20 years. It's a 25 minute walk to another direction.
Evening 5pm, It seems that the number of staff is limited, and there are only 6 people including the kitchen staff.
We talked about the current situation with the staff.
I ate a lot as well as Soba restaurant to contribute to sales as well.

I tried to call my friend.
When I greet by phone, "Good evening, Mr.○○ "
Mr. ○○ replied, "Good morning! What time is it right now? Isn't it this morning !?"
Some people are completely confused about the distinction between morning and night (lol)
It's understandable that the feeling of morning and evening and day of the week shifts when there is no work and cannot go out.

I am glad to make an online call with a close friend once a week.
During the video, it's as if we were in an Enoki shop.
I had a bottle of wine and Scotch whiskey both sides of me, and we decided a few points to talk, but two hours passed and the wine Before I knew it, it was empty!
Looking at the clock, it was midnight. I had to sleep.
After the video conversation, I slept with "Good night".

2020年05月08日

どちらかと云えば、何処にも行かず自宅待機して下さいと云われれば
余程、用事がない限り自宅に閉じこもっている。(笑)
が.....収入がなければ、食事も制限、仕方無し??
さあ~~何を始めるか？体を動かさなければ、リズムが狂う
部屋をグルリと回り、よしo(^_-)O 先ずは風通しを良くし
身の回りの整理整頓からでも始めよう~~
部屋の品物を、5/1 に分け......置物の1ケ所全部取り出し、思い切り捨てるものと誰かにプレゼントへ …結構楽しい

そう云えば、勤務時代、何が一番皆より仕事が早く覚えたか…と??
考えた事があった。
会社の壁には「整理整頓」と書いてあるが
倉庫に入ると、全く整理整頓する人がいなかった。
そんな中、朝一番倉庫へ行き"自ら " かたずけ" を始めた。
一つ一つの品物を個別に分け、何処にどのような品物を置くか !
場所への設定
そんな事をやっている内、仕事の内容が早くなり、他の人達との比較の差が出た事思い出す。これは丁度今の時期、お子さん達には自宅待機の真っ最中、物のかたずけの訓練を今から教えていただきたい
創造力豊かになり、頭の起点が良くなりますよ~~

If someone told, "Please stay home, nowhere to go", it's not a pain to stay home for me.
However, if there is no income, I should refraining foods.
Is there no help for it ??

What are you going to do at home?
If I don't move body, my circadian rhythm will change!
I looked around the room.
Let's start by keeping the house well organized and tidy.
Everything in the room was sorted into what was thrown away, what was given to someone, and what was needed.

By the way, when I used to work as an office worker, I wondered what was the job I remembered the fastest before anyone else.
There was "Keep things tidy" poster on the wall.
However no one tidy up to warehouse in the company.
Meanwhile, I went to the warehouse first thing in the morning and started cleaning up.
Each item was sorted out, and set the location for what kind of item to put there.
As I continued cleaning up, I remembered that I could understand the contents of my work faster, and that there was a difference in business performance from other people.

During this self-quarantine time, the children can not go to school and they have to stay home long time.
I would like parents to teach them how to tidy up.
It gives them more creativity and a better idea.

2020年04月10日

　３月初めお得意様からの電話！
　ママ….S氏ですが、席開いていますか？　ママ…….大丈夫です,,どうぞ〜
　20分後、ご機嫌な顔で来店される。
　会社会議（コロナウイルスが世界に拡散している不安の中）が、終わり友人と一杯..後
　近くにいたものだからママの顔が見たく来ました。

S氏の良い点　性格が良し　穏やかで我慢強い
　　　悪い店　お酒をチョツト飲み過ぎて、帰りの電車の中で眠ってしまい
１時間過ぎて目がさめると、まだ渋谷の駅？可笑しいな〜?〜何度か繰り返す。
ま〜ぁお酒を飲む人の大半がそんな経験多いにあり（笑）
　
そんな中、他のお客様と雑談して横を見た所S氏の顔が眠むりの姿に、
　このままでは又電車の往復に間違い無し
　ふっと思いついたのが、名刺カードホルダー
　新しい用紙に　
　『私は何何駅で降りたいです…何方か起こして下さい！！』と書く（文名が可笑しくアッハハ😁〜〜）
　
　見えやすいように、スーツポケットに差しこんで40分位かかる電車に乗車し帰宅の途上へ帰っていった。

　翌日　S氏から電話があり、ママ〜無事自宅に帰ったよ〜
　どなたかが、起こして下さったの...と問うと、『良くわからないが、そうだと思う』？
そう言えば、スーツポケットにカードホルダーが付いていたよ（笑）
　あ〜ぁ良かったですね
　このアイデア良いかも！

In early March, a regular customer Mr S called me for a reservation!
"Mama, are you open now?"
I answered, "Of course, it's okay."

In the uneasy days when the coronavirus is spreading to the world.
After a company meeting and a drink of beer with a colleague,
He said he wanted to see Mom's face because he was nearby from Enoki.

Good points of Mr. S;
Good personality, Gentle and patient

Bad points of Mr. S;
Drink too much and fall asleep on the train and lost the way to get back home.
(However, I think most of the drinkers have experienced like it. lol)

He drank a lot that day as usual, after chatting with other customers and looking sideways, Mr. S's face seemed sleepy.
I thought he will definitely go around the Yamanote line again.

So I came up with
"I want to get off at 〇〇 station! Please wake me up when arrive! ! " On the back of the business card and put it in the card holder.
To make it easier to see, I put into his chest pocket.

The next day, Mr. S called and reported that he was able to return home safely.
I asked someone wake you up,
"I was not sure but probably I think someone wake me up... for some reasons there was a card holder in my suit pocket. I am wondering." he said.
Maybe this idea is good!

2020年03月13日

昨年の11月来年の2月には、新年のご挨拶に大阪と京都に行く予定を
頭に描きながら新年を迎えた。
所がテレビの放映から、中国武漢に新型コロナウイルスが猛将を振るい、見る見る内
アジアに広がり、日本も毎日、人から人への感染ニュース
不安があるもの、約束通り、飛行機に乗り伊丹空港へと飛ぶ、機内は満席、
関西は雨と聞いたが、空港を降りると素晴らしい晴天に恵まれ、ヤッタ~…^o^
夜は大阪の北区で今年初めての仲間達と新年のご挨拶に…フグ料理を食べる。
翌日、京都に足を運び街を見渡した所、一部欧米諸国の人々はいるもの
大半の人が日本人だった。
午前中、予約をしていた、修学院離宮の見学に足を運ぶ
下、中、上、3つの離宮の参観コース、約1時間、広々した自然庭園、
所々、農地を借りて野菜作りの作業している人にも出会う。
一瞬雨が降り、風が吹き、太陽がでる、比叡山の近くとあり、山の天気が変わりやすい!!
壮大な庭園、ゆったりしたコースを後に
夜は懐石料理を堪能…久しぶりの静かな京都だった。

Around November last year, I was planning to go to Osaka and Kyoto
this February.
However, this year, news reports the new coronavirus found from Wuhan,
China, spread quickly throughout Asia, and that humans were
transmitted from person to person every day in Japan.

Despite I concerns, I decided to fly to Osaka as scheduled.
I unexpected the plane flying to Itami Airport was full.
I heard that Kansai area was raining, but when I got off the airport
there was wonderful fine weather.

At night, I went to Kita-ku, Osaka to had a new year's greeting with
friends we met for the first time this year.
We had delicious puffer fish dishes.

The next day, we went to Kyoto.
Although there were some foreigners from Western countries but almost
no foreigners. I felt different as usual.

In the morning, I joined tour the Shugakuin Imperial Villa where I
made a reservation.
I walked about 1 hour on the visit courses of the lower house, the
middle house and the upper house three imperial palaces.
The spacious natural garden was beautiful.
In some places, I also met people who rented farmland and worked on
vegetable making.

As soon as it rained during the tour and the wind was blowing, it
stopped immediately and the sun came out.
Because there was close to Mt. Hiei, and I felt that the weather on
the mountain was variable.

We enjoyed kaiseki cuisine at night.
We were able to enjoy quiet Kyoto after a long time.

中国武漢で発症し、日本でも猛威をふるっている新型コロナウイルス。

日本でも感染者は、増加の一途で不安な毎日で、マスクは品切れが相次いでいます。

中国からの旅行者も激減で、日本の観光産業も大打撃。今年開催される、東京オリンピックも心配です。

先ずは、自分の身は自分自身で守るべく、手洗い・うがいをしっかりして食事と睡眠を十分に取りましょう。

早く、落ち着いてくれるのを祈るばかり。

The number of Chinese tourists has dropped sharply.
Japanese tourism industry has been hit hard.

自分が理論的なタイプだと……
理屈つぽい人の方が人材に見える

逆に自分が余りに物を考えず行動するタイプだとする
同じタイプの人が人材に見える。

又自己中心的で俺が俺がという思いが強いと
人の功績も長所も分からず、欠点ばかり目につく。

(人はどうしても自分の尺度でしか人を評価出来ない)
結局人材を見つける「目」というのは、人の長所を見抜く能力がいえる

Conversely, lf you are a type that acts without thinking too much,

雨の東京から名古屋に到着や晴天の空、気温25度暑い
今日の目的、仲間のボスの招待で、うなぎ料理「高麗軒」へ、
夕方まで時間もあり、まずは名古屋城へ見学…
お城の周りをひと回り見て、売店で買っておいた
ビールを友人らとベンチで、グイ~と飲みながら長々の雑談
あら!!
そろそろ太陽が沈む時間だ、慌ててお城の正門前へ差し掛かった所
一部お城の周りが銀色のコントラスト.一瞬立ち止り
なんとも美しく、あちらこちらとカメラのシャッターが響く
急ぎお城を背中に、昨年オープンした
「金シャチ横丁」をサラッと見ながら地下鉄で、熱田神宮へ
…到着した時にはすでに暗く良く周りが見えない。
急ぎ樹齢1000年の大楠を見た瞬間、
あ~~あ良く歩いた疲れた…と、思いつつ、今から本番の
ひつまぶしを食べに……又歩く

お店に到着するや沢山の人、外で待っている人々をかき分け
個室に通され、招待のボスと3名の仲間
食事はコース、特別な食材も出てくるらしい…?
其の間、シャンパンにワイン、会話とつまみ、2時間が経過
最後にひつまぶし、薬味をかけての味、お腹いっぱい
余にも量が多く、持ち帰る事に
その後軽くジンを飲みに、一時間 !そろそろ寝ます……と、おご馳走になった
ボスと別れホテルに到着、
胃が重い、胃薬を飲み、ベットに入るが寝られない
どんどん胃が重く、朝方3時過ぎても眠れない、あ~~あ限界、
とっさにトイレに走り、今日飲んで食べたものが、口からどんどん出て行く~~
其の間 3回も、最悪~~
所が朝目が覚めた、なんと信じられない程、胃がスツキリ
ロビーで仲間達に、夜中の起きた事件を話すと

、"ア~ア招待したボス、一人2.3万円もご馳走した食べ物が全部流れた事…言えないね"
(笑)

It was raining in Tokyo that day, but when I arrived in Nagoya, there
was sunny at 25 degrees Celsius.
The purpose of trip is to get to the eel restaurant “Koraiken” with a
friendly boss. The restaurant is his reccomend.

We went sightseeing until dinner time.
First, I went to Nagoya Castle!
We drank a beer on the bench at around the castle.
When we noticed that we were chatting for a long time while drinking
beer, it was time for the sunset.
When we rushed to the main gate of the castle, the contrast between
the castle and the sunset was very beautiful.
I heard the camera shutter sound was echoing.

After leaving Nagoya Castle, I took a walk around “Kin shachi Yokocho”
that opened last year.
After that, we went to Atsuta Jingu by subway.
There was famous shrine but when I arrived it was already dark and I
couldn't see well.
We hurried to see a 1,000-year-old tree in the precincts.
I was a little tired because we walked well , but dinner was the
purpose of this trip.
We walked again to eat "Hitsumabushi".

When we arrived at the restaurant, many people were lining up!
Thanks to the boss, we were taken to a private room and had an eel course meal.
We all enjoyed champagne and wine, special ingredients and courses.
After about 2 hours, hitsumabushi is came finally.
The condiment is full and delicious, but I was already full of course
food and alcohol. I decided to take it away.

After that, lightly drink gin at the bar. . . An hour has passed.
The boss had a lot of treats and we returned to the hotel.
After check in, I felt heavy stmachache.
I took a pill, tried into bed but I couldn't sleep.
I vomited after 3 o'clock in the morning.
Delicious food came out from the my mouth!
I went to the bathroom three times ... It ’s the worst.

But when I woke up my stomach was so refreshing that I couldn't believe it.
If you tell a friend that I vomited in the late night
“The invited boss spent 20,000 -30,000 yen per person! you can’t tell him.”
I agreed (lol)

2019年11月11日

オープンして33年
初の1年無事クリア、3年5年続ける中で、日曜日以外ひたすら、夜中の1時か2時まで
顧客作りに専念
若いせいか、体力には自身があり、夜中の2時過ぎ自宅に帰り、翌朝8時には起きて
市場や新聞など、情報キャチする毎日…
当時、数少ない海外の人々が横丁に来店されるが、えのき以外無かった。
お店には学生始め、学生の御家族、ジャナリストの人々が、口コミで増え始めた。
はるばる遠い国から来店され、せめてのおもてなしとして、
何日間の滞在?と聞くと、朝7時築地の本願寺の前で待ち合わせ!
築地でのお寿司を食べに、何年続いた事か…?
と………過去を思いつつ
先月28年振り、スコットランドから、2週間の旅で
御家族が来店「チズル……さん」僕を覚えていますか?
日本に滞在中、結婚祝や、食事に行った事の話しが話題に……余にも長い月日、
思い出せない?
嬉しかったのは、そんな話しを2人のお子さんが聴いていた事に感激
今後も多くの家族の方々がご来店される事に楽しみ!!

It’s 33 years have passed since I opened Enoki.
The first year of opening I thought I was able to clear the game.
After that, I worked hard except Sunday.
I was dedicated to making customers every day until 1am or 2am. Since I was young at that time, besides I had confidence in my physical strength.
I went back home at 2 o'clock late night and got up at 8 o'clock the next morning, went to the market, read newspapers, and gathered information every day.

At that time, there were few foreign customers coming to Nonbei Yokocho and there were no other shops corresponded to them except my Enoki.
some international students, student families, and journalists came to the Enoki that time.
They had introduced other foreign customers, Enoki increased customer gradually.

They came from far away countries and I asked how many days they would stay for hospitality.
Sometimes we met in front of Tsukiji Honganji at 7 o'clock in the morning and ate sushi at the fish market.
How many years have we been with that person?
And ... I remembered the past.

Last month, he and his family came from Scotland after 28 years from first time!
He asked me, “Chizuru-san, do you remember me?”

While they were in Japan, I thought nostalgic for talking about wedding celebrations and going to dinner with them.
Actually we couldn’t remember the details after a long time.
However, I was very happy that I was impressed that they told about me to their two children.
Many family members will be visiting the Enoki in the future.
It sounds so fun!!

沖縄先島諸島には台風18号、その影響か、日中温度30度の無風状態の神戸で
ワールドカップ、Aーグループ、スコットランド対サモア戦を観賞
場内3万人の大観戦、目立ったのはスコットランドの民族衣装スコッティシュ.キルト
を着た男性が多く見かけた事
その前後、地下鉄の電車は人人でゴッテ返し、地上に上がる前には、バッグパイプの楽器演奏が
響き渡る。
どちらの応援.....(^O^) ?....もちろんサモア、中々トライの出来ないイラダチ、暑さもあってか
選手の怪我が多く見かけた....が、場内の熱狂は、喉を潤すビールと共に賑わう。
1点も入らずのサモワ、無念、今週日本との戦い
湿度の高い日本での戦い、番狂わせがあるかも??

I watched the Rugby World Cup, the A-Group game, and Scotland vs. Samoa at Kobe.
Typhoon No. 18 was coming to Okinawa that day.
It was influenced that Kobe was hot and no wind at 30 degrees during the day.

A large-scale game of 30,000 people in the hall, most impressive was the appearance of many men wearing Scottish national costumes Scottish quilts.
Before and after that, the subway train was filled with people.
Before going up to the ground, I could heard sound of Scottish Bagpipe musical instruments.

Which do you think I support?
I was cheering for Samoa!

There were a lot of injuries of players could not be tried and the heat and the humid. . .
The beer hydrated the throat for us.
Unfortunately, Samoa lost without getting one point.
Samoa will be playing against Japan this weekend.
What about the battle in humid Japan?

「日本で受けた心暖まるおもてなしをずーと大切にし、日米がこれからも

赴任2年目、ビル.ハガティ駐日米国大使が、日本を離れる前のメッセージ!!

20年前、何らかのご縁で、米国大使館の方々も多く来店されている"えのき"
昨年、ナンバー2 の、J.Ｙ氏が、いつもの笑顔で、来店された折
新しく赴任された大使を、日本の文化でもあり庶民が、行き交う小さなお店でのリラックス出来る、穴場の動画撮影を作る計画をしている。
その場所は、自分達の頭の中では決まっていて
その穴場のお店.... 是非とも「えのき」をお願いしたく! ! との話しが飛び込んで来た.
" とんでもない"と、何度かお断りの言葉をかけたが、
J氏の熱い言葉にわかりましたと受け、
昨年の10月、大使、スタッフ、含め5名の皆さんとで、いつもの言葉のやりとりや、オリジナルの食べ物を召し上がって頂くなど、リラックスされた様子の動画作りが完成、今年の2月、恥ずかしながら、鑑賞。
その後日の3月、大使と奥様、そして生まれ育った、テネシー州の、お偉い人達がゾロゾロと足を運ばれ大使自身が、横丁とえのきを観て頂きたいとの思いで、連れて来こられた。
数人しか入れない店内と2階も営業している事を説明し、感心を持って帰られた。

その後4ケ月も経っていない、7月の土曜日、のれんの脇から顔を出し覗いている人がいて急ぎ表に出て見ると、大使とご家族全員が突然の訪問へ
お話を聞いてみると、来週月曜日、日本を離れる為、家族でお別れを云いたくご来店された。
４人のお子様には、お店の中に入って頂き、「こんな場所ですよ、日本に来る機会がありましたら、是非とも訪ねて来て下さいね」と伝え、御家族全員と記念撮影をして深々とお別れの挨拶を
　来年上院選に南部テネシー州から出馬される

　素晴らしい心温まる人間愛のハガティ氏、勝利の祈念を! !

“We will continue to cherish the warm hospitality we have received in Japan, and we are convinced that Japan and the United States will continue to have deep bonds, and that both countries will develop further in the future.”
This is the message by former US Ambassador to Japan Hagerty before he left from Japan.

My “Enoki” has been visited by many staff of American embassies for 20 years.
At the beginning of last year, Mr. J. Y, number 2 of the US Embassy, came to Enoki with a smile as usual.
Apparently, the newly appointed ambassador was planning to make a video shoot in a small and relaxing place where Japanese people come and go.
Mr. J. Y said "The hidden bar ... I want to shoot at Enoki!!"
I was afraid and refused several times, but Mr. J.Y asked me passionately, I finally accepted his suggestion.

In October of last year, Ambassador Hagerty and five other staff, shoot a relaxed video with the usual conversations and the original Enoki's food.
I watched it with them in February this year.
I was a little embarrassed.

Later in March, Ambassador Hagerty, his wife, and the great people from Tennessee, where they were born and raised, came to Enoki!
It seems that Ambassador Hagerty himself was brought in because he wanted to see atomosphere of Nonbei Yokocho and Enoki.
I explained that the shop has the second floor, where only a few people can enter.
They were impressed about it.

In July, when less than 4 months have passed, there was a person peeking out from the side of the goodwill.
The ambassador and the whole family came to Enoki suddenly.
He came with his family to say goodbye to me because US Embassy decided back to US in July.
His four children enter the shop and l told them “If you have the opportunity to come to Japan, please come and visit here”
I took a commemorative photo with the whole family and greeted them farewell.

Returning to the United States, Mr. Hagaty will run for the Senate next year from Southern Tennessee.
Mr. Hagaty has a wonderful heartwarming personality and love.
I wish his victory!

仕事の関係上、深夜タクシーを乗って帰る日々
出来れば、毎日の事だから、タクシー会社との契約をしていれば
楽であるが、そうはいかない!
バブル時代、疲れた身体を10分でも早くタクシーに乗り、自宅に帰りたいと246号線に
足を運ぶが、空席のタクシーが無い!
いたとしても運転手は、売り上げにつながる男性の側に車を停める…所が
女性客が、手を上げても振り向きもしない運転手が多くいた。
最近はそのような事がなくなったが、悲しい事、本物のプロが少なく、お客からの
行き先を、何度も伝えれなければ、到着しない。
伝えても、間違った方向へ…
では、なぜナビゲーターが接してあるのか疑問
気を使っての車の中なのか、10分位でも又あの運転手さんの車に乗りたいか…問う…が
逆もある、謙虚さが無く、傲慢で運転手さんを困らせ、怒鳴るお客もいると伺う。
小さな部屋の中、お互いに気配りをしながら、無事行き先に到着できますように!!

Due to my work as Izakaya bar, I always take a late-night taxi to back my home.
I think it would be easier if we had a contract with a taxi company, but it is not easy.

At that time, I wanted to take a taxi as faster as possible after work.
I went to Route 246 but I couldn't find any taxis available.
Even if there was an empty car, the driver had given priority to men who could lead to sales.
There were many drivers that women customers ignored even if they raised their hands.

The times have changed and such things have disappeared recently.
However, sad thing is that there are few real professional drivers, and there are more taxi drivers who do not arrive if they can not tell the destination from the customer many times.
Even if you tell the destination, there are many people who go in the wrong direction!
I wondered what the navigator is installed in the car for.
Sometimes, I wish I could take a taxi such as during bubble economic era.
I hear that some customers who are not humble to the customer and there is a customer who is annoyed and annoys the driver.

12時間長旅の機内、2席の通路側いち早く乗り隣の席のお客様を待つ!
日本の飛行機とあって、大半が日本人、海外に行く雰囲気を感じない。
5.6分後、身軽な格好で、若い男性が、「お邪魔します」と、席を座りやっと落ち着く。
さ~~あ出発、と同時に、隣の男性に「長旅ですが、宜しくお願いします」とご挨拶
30分後、たちまち隣の彼との会話が弾み当然ながら、これから行き先の旅はと聞き出す。
僕は今日、名古屋から飛行機で乗り継ぎ、羽田空港へ、年間通して半年は海外への仕事を
しています。

内容は.....各国の都市に着くや、何百キロも離れた100万都市に移動し
元プロの先輩が車体に乗り、メインとなる機材を先端な角度や高さ、場所へなど
きめ細かに説明し販促にかけている仕事
一緒に行動している大先輩はパリ.ダカールラリーで2年連続優勝を果たしたプロのラリー
ドライブの増岡氏、興味ある人は誰でもも知っていると言われた。
が、顔を伺わなければわからない!
そんな話も終わり、映画を3本位観て、仮眠をし予定通り、ヒースロー空港に到着
.彼云く......僕たちは、又乗り換えをして、夜遅くポーランドに行くとの事!
機内を降り、入国審査に行く長い道に、テレビの画面に見たことがある
先輩とも会え、和かな機内での話しをしながら、次の飛行機の乗り換えの通路で
お二人と別れ....楽しい機内での出逢いだった。

I was on the aisle side of the two seats on the 12 hour long flight from Japan to England.
I got on board quickly that time and waited for the person who seated next window.
There was a Japanese plane, most of the passengers were Japanese. I did not feel like going abroad.

Five or six minutes later, a young man wear casual clothes sat down in my seat next to me.
An announcement started when we depart.
At that time, I greeted the man next to me, "It is a long trip, let me know if you concerned about something, thank you."

Then I had a conversation with him.
He said, "Today, I came from Nagoya to Haneda Airport. I'm doing car-related work in abroad. I spends half of a year overseas."
He usually arrives in each country, he moves to a city far away.
It is a job where a former professional driver gets on the car body and he explains and promotes the main equipment in detail.
He said that the large senior who is acting together is Mr. Masuoka, a professional rally driver who has won the Dakar Rally for two consecutive years in Paris!
It was said that anyone who was interested knew, but I couldn't understand it without looking at the face!

After talking, I watched movies, I took a nap, and we arrived at Heathrow Airport as expected.
They transfer the plane at Heathrow airport to go Poland late night.

When I got out of the cabin, I met Mr. Masuoka, a driver who I had seen on TV! We talked in a peaceful story in the cabin.
We separated in the passage of transfer of the next plane .
It was fun time in the plane.

仲良しの友人がいる大阪へ飛ぶ、飛行機も満席、伊丹空港に到着するやお腹が空いている。
ターミナルの屋上で穴場のレストランでチョイ…..ピザとワインを美味しく頂き、飲む
夜は50年間商売をされている、お肉専門のお店に｜。関西弁ではホンマに美味いワ〜
お腹も一杯、時間もまだ早い、そうだ京都へ行こう〜〜
電車と思いや、そこのお店のお客様が偶然、車で京都に帰るとの事、図々しく便乗させてもらう！
祇園の花見小路へ行き、知り合いのお店に足を運ぶ、お店が終わって現れた店主！
12年のお付き合い。みんなで賑やかに、飲んでお喋りしてタクシーで豊中へ帰る。

翌日、大阪水上バスに乗り、大阪中之島や大阪城を船上から堪能、
お天気も最高、中央公会堂や大阪城見ながら、50分位を周遊、
その後、船を降りてそのまま大阪城天守閣へ足を運ぶ
大阪城内では
テーマ展　『戦国の世の祈り』日本が戦国乱世から天下統一へ、政治.文化.宗教と向かう時代が揺らぎ、
新しい秩序が作られて行く様子の展示が、２.３.４階と展示してあり興味深く拝見！

この日は歩いただけでも17.871歩、新緑の月、空気がとても美味しく感じた。
夕方、暇なおじちゃん（六甲に滞在）を呼び出して、美人女子と共に大阪の街を堪能しこの日で
休日も終わった
あ〜〜ァ、楽しいお休み日でした。

During the holidays, I went to Osaka to meet good friends by airplane.
The plane was full due to the consecutive holidays!

As soon as I arrived at Itami Airport in Osaka, I noticed I was hungry.
We had delicious pizza and wine at a restaurant on the roof top of the airport terminal.

Early dinner was a meat specialty cuisine that has been around for 50 years.
It's really delicious!
Speaking in Kansai dialect "Honma ni umaiwa ~"

Stomach is so full but time was still early.
Yes, let's go to Kyoto! I thought.
I was thinking of going to the train, but the customer of the meat restaurant there says I will go home in Kyoto by car.
What a coinsidently! He took me to kyoto by his car luckily.

I went to Hanamikoji street located Gion in Kyoto and visited a bar I knew.
I know the master for 12 years.
We drank and chatted and returned to a hotel in Toyonaka in Osaka by taxi.

The next day, I took the Osaka water bus and enjoyed Osaka Nakanoshima and Osaka Castle from the boat around 50 minutes.
The weather was also great.

After that, I got off the ship and went to the Osaka Castle Tower.
In Osaka Castle, there was an exhibition called "Prayers of the Warring States".
There was an exhibition on the 2nd to 4th floor where a new order was created from Japan.
We could feel relision, politic and culture of the warring states that time.
It was really interesting.
My mobile was recorded that I walked 17871 steps on this day.
The air was very delicious this season, when the fresh green is beautiful.

In the evening, I called my friend uncle who living Rokko had a good time and walked the streets of Osaka with the beautiful girl.
The holiday was over on that day.
It was a good memories.
