1947年~1949年生まれ、ベビーブーム時代の人々が、
 会社を離れてから、飲食街と飲み方もかなり変わって来た時代になった。
 
 現役時代のS氏、週1仕事が終わると、『後輩に今から一杯いくぞ~~の一声』で、
 「後輩は、”はい” 』と、素直に付いて行き、先輩の好物、ビールを
 グラスに注ぎ”ゴクゴク”と飲む先輩『あ^〜 あ今日も精一杯働いたぞ〜』と
 後輩のグラスに次から次へとビールが入る所で、仕事の失敗談、人間関係の不満や 
 言い訳など話が弾む、ふっと時計を見て、
 そろそろ次の店で、ぱ〜〜と歌うか!とお店を去る。
 2軒、3軒ハシゴをして、自宅に帰る様子無し、部下と共になぜか
 足が最初に行ったお店に顔出し??
 へらへらと笑い、ママよ〜今何時だけ....え〜〜俺11時位と思っていたのに??
 姿を見ると、白いワイシャツはズボンからはみ出し、酒飲みの遭われな格好

 これからタクシーで自宅に帰るの..と,訪ねると?
 いや〜今日は近くのカプセルホテルで泊まるよ。
 又ネと、右、左、フラフラしながら帰って行くS氏
 
 そんな、S氏も2,3年前、40年以上勤めていた会社を退社
 どんなに遅く迄、飲んで帰っても、仕事が一番、
 朝は始発の電車に乗り往復3時間の通勤通い、退職が近くになる頃、ふっと
 も〜う電車通勤疲れたよ,,
 
 今は3ヶ月に1度、良き仲間と飲み会へ都市に、でも帰宅にはタクシーと決めている。
 退職後、地域のボランテに携わっていると伺う。
 ご苦労様です。




From 1947 to 1949 after the end of the war, Japan was a baby boom.
When people of that generation retired away from the company, the manner of eating and drinking styles changed considerably.

Mr. S is one of that generation.
He always told the freshman "Go for drinking" once a week when the work finished, and the freshman also obviously entered obediently.
His juniors poured his' favorite beer into the glass.
Mr S always said "I worked my best this week," he took a drink of beer at once.
They drink a lot and talked about failures in work, dissatisfaction of human relations and exchange of opinions.
After ate the dinner, they always wanted to go Karaoke!
I have been watching the appearance of leaving the store for decades.
They went 2, 3 bar hopping every weekend where they did not return home.
By the time the last train ceased, somehow he came back to my shop who first went with the same member.
They confirmed the time to me as they got drunk and laughing.
"What time is it? Eh ~ I thought that it was around 11 o'clock yet? What? "
Looking closely, the suit became wrinkled, the white shirt protruded from the pants, and anyone looked drunk regardless of how it looked.
He alreasy missed last train so I ask if I go home by taxi and I remember Mr. S's way back home while saying "I will stay at a nearby capsule hotel today."

2 or 3 years ago, Mr.S retired from the company who finally worked for more than 40 years.
He always drinking and back late, however the work was his first priority.
Every morning, he took a first train, then work 8-10 hours then back his home by train took 1.5 hours!
He continued it 40 years.
I think that it is a very splendid thing.

Right now, I will come to Shibuya once a month for a good companion and a drinking party.
But he seems to have decided to take a taxi to go home.
After retirement, he seems to be working as a volunteer for the living area.
It is hard work.

今から10年前、明るく元気の良い関西人の女性が、仲間達と来店
いかにも、『私達スポーツそれも”ラクロス”をやっています』?
どのようなスポーツか全く見た事がなかったので、彼女との縁も逢って
何度か試合を見に行った。
2007年日本女性初プロ選手に抜擢されるが、迷いを後ろから
『後悔しない人生思い切ってやり切る事を』伝える
2008年オーストラリアへ渡り、日本とオーストラリアを往復しながらの生活
4年前、カナダでのワールドカップは、惜しくも、言葉や文化、
積極性など欠けていた事からオーストラリア代表に選ばれず!
幾多の難関を超え、レベルの高い強豪チームに所属

今月7/12~22に始まるロンドン、ワールドカップ、オーストラリア代表に選ばれる。
28各国の強豪が世界一を目指す

目標 7/22 決勝戦のフイルドに立つ事

About ten years ago, a woman who speaks lively and bright Kansai dialect has visited a friend.
Her atmosphere is an active woman.
When they listened, they told me that sports it is also doing "Lacrosse".
I had never seen Lacrosse, so I decided to visit her game several times and I got along with her.

In 2007, she was nominated for Japan's first female professional player!
However, she was suffering about it.
I advised her "It is important to dare to survive the life you do not regret."

Next year, in 2008, she went to Australia and started living while traveling back and forth between Japan and Australia.
Unfortunately the World Cup in Canada four years ago was not chosen as the Australia national team because of lack of language, culture, aggressiveness and so on.

However, this year, She belonged to a strong teams who overcame many difficulties and had a high level and was chosen as the representative of Australia national team!!
The Lacrosse World Cup in London starting from12th to 22th of July this month.
The powerful 28 countries aim for the world's best.

Last week when she came to the shop, she came to tell me.
Her aims field of the final game on July 22.
I also want to firmly support her from Japan.
Yukiyo Yamada Go for it! You can do it!

横丁、戦後(1948年)のマーケット飲食街としての名残りを持ち
赤ちょうちんに、一杯飲屋としての特長といえば特長であるが、
一軒一軒のお店には個々の特長が無く皆同じスタイルだった。
この辺りが、若い人々が寄り付かなく、一部の人達だけが仕事の帰り側
行きつけのお店に寄って、一日の反省をしながら、たっぷり飲み
自宅に待つお母ちゃんに、『毎晩飲んで帰る事の反省に....お持ち帰りの寿司』を
ぶらさげて、電車に揺られ帰って行く姿、これが、赤ちょうちんの
特長であった。
時代と共に、今や女性が一人で飲みに来れる店、若い世代が入りやすい店に
お店の特長もそれぞれ個性を持った店が増えてはいるが、
残念な事に今の経営するオーナは、戦後と変わらない、流行の特長が
皆同じスタイルである為、リピートとして来るお客様は限られる。
商売は努力、我慢、勉強、人でなく、自分を鍛え磨いて行かなければ成功は
しない。



Shibuya's Nenbei Yokocho has a remnant as a market eating and drinking area in 1948 after the Second World War.
The izakaya has a feature. The red lantern under the eaves.
The word "red lantern" refers to a pub/Izakaya in Japanese.

In 50's, every shops had no individual features and they all had the same style.
I think this point is the reason why young people didn't come Yokocho.
Only some of them go to the shops after work and reflect on the their day with plenty of alchol drink.
To their family who waits at home, they pretend as "Sorry for returning after drinking every night ..." .
The appearance of a salaried worker who hangs take away sushi of the souvenir and go back home by the late train, this is the feature of the regular customer at red lantern pub there were.

Along with the times, the red lantern pub is easy to enter the younger generation, and even a single woman can come to drink.
The number of shops each with its own personality is increasing, but unfortunately the idea of the owner does not differ much from 60 years ago.
Since all the features of the trend are the same style, customers who come as regulars are limited.
Business is effort, patience, study.
I will not succeed unless training and polish yourself, not others.

お店を初めて10年目頃ちょつとしたハプニングがあった。
階段の傍に座った初めての40代後半の紳士、ニコニコしながら
ビールとつまみを注文し、隣の人々となにげなく会話
しばらくして、店内にトイレが無いので共同トイレに....
数分後、戻るなり、ウイスキーそれもキープをしたいとそのウイスキーを
2,3杯飲んだ所、又トイレに....
その後戻ってくるはずの紳士、5分10分立っても戻って来ないまさか?の、
無銭飲食者だ騙された。
3年後、見た事のある人物が来店、ニコニコしながらビールの注文
偶然座った所が、3年前と同じ場所
あの時の無銭飲食者の顔と会話、仕草が良くに似ている。
2本のビールとつまみを食べて、トイレへ行くと出て行った。
その間、馴染みのお客様に3年前の話をした。
『もし..2度目のトイレに出て行く際、
お店に戻るか、戻らないか?を確かめて合図をする約束』...を

数分後人物が戻って来た..ビールを飲み会話がはずむ
そろそろ2度目のトイレに行くと席を立った...
出て行った様子を伺った。トイレの前に入るかと思いや曲ってやはり逃げた。
馴染みの2人が追いかけ、捕まえてきた。3年前の話と財布を見たが、一円も入っていなかった。
その後、無銭飲食者は居ないが、『見る目、仕草、話を良く聞く訓練』大事!!


There was a bit of happening around the tenth year after opening my restaurant Enoki.
He was a gentleman in late 40's who had sitting in a seat near the stairs.
He ordered beer and some foods with a smile, talking casually with customers next door.
After drinking for a while, my shop didn't have a own restroom so he went outdoor shared restroom in Nonbei Yokocho.
He came back in a few minutes, he orderd a bottle of whiskey and said wanted to keep it.
He drank a few cups of that whiskey and went to the toilet again.
After that, he didn't return after more than 10 minutes.

No way. . . I am worried, I went to the toilet but no one is here anymore.
He went home without paying any money!
It was fooled deeply.


3 years later, a familiar person came to my shop again.
He ordered beer with a smile, and the place where he sat down was coincidentally the same place as bilk of 3 years ago.
I observed him carefully.
I felt that the face of the culprit at that time was similar to the conversation and gesture.
After eating two bottles of beers and foods, he went out to the toilet.
I was anxious, Then I consulted a regular customer.
"I think that the first toilet will come back, but if you go out to the second toilet, will you go back to the shop or not go back? Let's make a signal by ascertaining. "
He said so and we dicided cooperate.

A few minutes later, that person came back from the toilet and drank beer again.
And after 30 minutes, he went restroom second time, so I asked regular customers to see where he went out.
He went to out, but didn't enter the toilet, he turned around the way and ran away!!
Two people who were watching behind chased him and caught a criminal.
I confirmed the contents of his purse, but he didn't have any money.

Although there was never a crime of dine and dash,
The training "to learn, observe attitudes, carefully listen to the story" is important!

京都 の 西に面している「桂離宮」のチケットがとれたので
足を運んで観た。
四条から阪急鳥丸駅迄徒歩数分、阪急電車に乗り桂駅へ下車
お昼の時間もあって、駅校内でおむすびと食材を買い
公園内で食べる事を前提で準備をした。
「行って分かった事、持込み禁止でした」
小雨降る中15分歩いて桂離宮に到着、周りを見てベンチを探すが無い、仕方なく
近くの川沿いに行き下り坂の辺で、食べる事にした。
友人2名と、 ナイロン袋の上に腰掛けようと想った、その時
ガサガサと音がした   なんだろうと思った瞬間、まだ幼い蛇が
なんとカエルを追いかけている....ギャ~~でなく、可愛い~~~
"こら" と声をかけると、蛇とカエルがキョトンとして1.2分
私の顔を見ていた。
そのうち蛇は茂みの中に姿を消して行ったが、カエルはジィーとしていて
全く動く気配なしー??      "カエルちゃん~何処か早く隠れなさい、蛇から喰われるよ"
と…川の茂みに逃がしてやった。
その姿を見ていた友人達、食べる事で、全く興味無し、タダ....気持ち悪いの一言でした。


I got tickets for public open day of "Katsura Rikyu" (Katsura Imperial Villa) on the west side of Kyoto, I went to Kyoto.
From Shijo Station to Hankyu Karasuma station a few minutes on foot, take the Hankyu train and get off at Katsura station.
That time was lunch time, I bought rice balls and some foods inside the station on the premise that we will eat in the park of Katsura Rikyu.

When we arrived at the Katsura Rikyu, there was a sign for "ban on bringing in food".
There was no choice, we walked for about 15 minutes while it was raining, decided to go along the river nearby and eat the foods we bought in the downhill area.
When I sitting on a plastic bag with two friends, I suddenly heard a shadow from the bushes.
At the moment when I turned around looking back, a small snake was following the frog!
Wow! Snakes and frogs! But it's cute!
When saying "Hey," the snake and the frog stopped moving and was looking at my face for 1.2 minutes.
The serpent disappeared in the bushes, but the frog kept moving and watching me.
 "Frog - you must hide somewhere soon, you will be eaten from snakes"
I made it to the bushes next to the river.
Friends who were watching that appearance, they seem to be completely uninterested by eating.
Snake and frog were bad for them.

1月に入ると、海外から家族ずれの旅行者が多く、殆どがスキーの愛好者
両親はスキー、お子さん方はスノーボード
なぜ日本なんですか?と聞くと、日本の雪の質がすばらしく
温泉に漬かって、地元の食事が最高だと,,,,

ある日、海外の家族ずれの旅行者が顔を出されたが、私共予約のお店と断った所
5分後..又,顔を出して明日予約したいと云われ、翌日5人の家族が来店
初めて日本に来店されたそうで、スキーの話がはずんだ頃
お父さんが一言、今日娘の誕生日と云われた。
『そう云えば昨夜、お店にはシャンパンがあるのか聞かれた...?あ~そうゆう事ね』
何処の国もそうだが、特に娘の誕生日は大事にする。
たまたま傍に座っていた気配りの常連客、即ケーキを買って来た。
お店からはスパークリングワインをプレゼント!全員でハッピーバースディーを合唱〜
言葉はまばらだけど、初めての日本、楽しんで頂ければとの思い
内.外問わず遠くからご来店下さった人達を大事に!


In January, many of visitors who come to my restaurant are ski lovers and travelers from overseas with families.
Parents enjoy skiing and children enjoy snowboarding as well.

When I ask "Why do you choose Japan for skiing?", everybody say Japan's snow quality is wonderful.
There are hot springs in the vicinity of many ski resorts in Japan, local meal is also delicious, the best snow quality are good.

One day, a traveler with an overseas family member came my plave, but i had to declined to seat because shop was full.
However, they said "we would like to return! can we make a reservation tomorrow?".
Of course OK!

Then, the next day five families came to Enoki.
They came to Japan for the first time, and it got excited with the story of skiing.
The father secretly told me that today is his daughter 's birthday.
He was asked me I have champagne or not yesterday,
I come up father's wants to celebrate.
As in any country,the father care of thier daughter 's birthday, in particular.
An attentive regular customer sitting by the side went to buy the cake quickly. .
We gave sparkling wine from Enoki!
Everyone chorus Happy Birthday ~
Words are differrent, but I sang the same song and it made a fun birthday.
I am happy if you can enjoy it for the first time in Japan.
I would like to cherish the customers where ever from.

今年も内、外問わず、150枚以上...の年賀状を頂きました。
時代と共に年賀状を出す人々が少なく感じますが
家族の写真、結婚式の写真、子供が大きくなった写真、犬、猫と共に...
孫の写真、一家全員の写真.....
82歳まだまだ現役!!元気だよ~のメッセージ
御主人亡きお店に中々いけないが、娘や息子が引き続き、お店に通う
えのきの人々の話題を伝えて貰って、感謝しています....とのメッセージ
等々
一枚一枚年賀状を読んでは、笑ったり、目頭が熱くなったり、も~ぅ大変
この小さなお店の中って、不思議な宝物がどっしり入っている事
枚数は減っても年賀状って改めて ”日本の文化” と感じる。

お店の年賀状はプロの漫画家に書いて頂いてる
干支の絵を表現豊かに、満喫の笑顔が評判、今年もよろしく!!


I feel that people who send New Year 's cards with the times gradually became fewer, but I received more than 150 New Year' s cards this year as well.
Family pictures, wedding pictures, pictures of children growing, pictures with pets such as dogs and cats, photographs of grandchildren, photographs of all family members .......
Also message from 82 years old man. he is still active! 
and message from old customer, My husband gone, I can't visit Enoki nowadays, but my daughter and son continued to go to Enoki and thanked them for telling me the topics of the people of Enoki ...

Reading New Year 's cards one by one, it makes me laugh, touching my heart, sad and feel so happy.
I realized again my little Izakaya Enoki has the magical treasure.
Even if the number of cards is reduced, the New Year 's cards is "Japanese culture" truly.

Incidentally, Enoki's New Year' s cards are drawn by a professional cartoonist.
it is expressing expressions of zodiac signs richly with good smile.
This cards are receive favorable reviews from my customers.
Finally, everyone, thank you again last year.

62年続いている、料理屋のお店がある。
御両親が離婚後、お母さんが切り開いたお店、それも異国の国
私は今82歳 目標!何があっても、100年は続けたい....
80代は見えない、若々しいオーナー
地にしっかり足が着き、スタッフの皆さんも、お店同様長いおつきあいを
されている。
多衆多様なお店のオーナ、性格もさなざまであるが
長い目で見ると、地味であるが、人、物、金を、上手におつきあいして
生活のバランスも、上手である。
不思議な事に、そんなお店の方々と長~いお付合いを
させて頂き、他所の物真似など一切なし、
今年も気持ちの良い朝を迎えた、まず今年も健康第一
『夢』=えのきの看板100年続ける事。。。


I know a shop of a long-established restaurant that has been in operation for 62 years.
In addition, this restaurant in a foreign country.
Owner Madam opened up the restaurant after parents divorced.
The goal of a owner who is invisible to 82 years old "I want to continue this shop for 100 years."
She looks so young.
The every staff work there as long duration as the shops.
There are a variety of shops at this time, and owners have various characteristics.
Even though it is nothing special, it is good to balance the lives of people, goods and money.
I like her down-to-earth thinking.

Be linked by fate, I have relation with them long long time.
I really respect her but I will not do anything like imitating other shops.

First of all I thank you for having a pleasant new years morning.
I will do my best in health this year.
My dream is to continue the sign of the Enoki for 100 years too.

こんな話!!
山あいの奥の集落、20世帯
最高齢、95歳のお婆ちゃん、農業営んで70数年
腰は曲がっているが、面倒見が良い~
この集落に新しく住民が住む事を知った
しかも、外国人、何十年も空け地になっていた、公民館を4.5年前から住む事に、
部屋は沢山あるが、山間いとあって、冬の寒さは厳しい~~と知る。
けれど、寒いが暑いが、毎日畑仕事へ行くお婆ちゃん。。。。
重たい荷物も男性に一切お願いする事も無く、新しい住民の自宅(外国人)へ
ぶっきらな(地元の方言)言葉で玄関前に食べ物を置いて帰る。
お婆ちゃんのように年をとっても常に身体を動かしている人が、
健康で元 気者だと(僕)は知る。




I have heard some marginal village have only 20 households in deep the mountains.
The oldest person is 95 years old grandma in there.
She has been agriculture for over 70 years.
Although the waist is bent by aging, she is very lively and energetic woman.
There is no need to ask men to help with heavy luggage.

I heard that new residents live in this village.
Besides, a foreigner!
The community center which had been close for decades, were refurbished so that they could live sense 4-5 years ago.
The village recruiting new residents, and they moved in.

There are plenty of rooms in the house, but the coldness of winter is very severe because of the mountains.
Despite such a climate, eldest woman is going to work in the field every day, whether cold or hot.
To the foreigners of the new residents, she left many foods in front of the entrance and return home.
She takes a blunt attitude but very kind.
I think she has healthy body and mind truely.
Need to being physically active at all times like her.

49歳...長女、次女、長男、3人のお子さんに恵まれ、5人家族
今一番働き盛りのお父さん!
今年18歳の長女、中学3年の時、『お父さん~私は勉強が嫌いので、高校進学
は行かず、食の専門の学校に行きます~』
僕は九州の長崎県生まれ、実家に里帰りする度、おふくろが孫の為、作ってくれる料理
ハンバーグで無く、煮付けや魚料理
その恩恵を受けてか、魚の裁きが非常に上手い長女
最近、仕事を終え、自宅に帰ると
『お父さん~先にお風呂を入って来たら....』と云われ
すかさず、お風呂に入り、気持ち良く上がって、テーブルに座った所
お父さん今日、買い物に行ったらアジの魚が安く、それも長崎の魚よ
お父さんにアジの”タタキ”を食べさせて上げたいとテーブルに乗る。
骨はフライパンで、焼いてお酒のつまみとして食べてね~~
捨てる所も無く、
成長した長女を見て、涙がぽろり胸が込み上げてしまった。


He is 49 years old in prime in life a father of a five family with three children (two daughters and one son).
The eldest daughter who is 18 years old this year decided to go to a vocational college of cooking without going to a regular high school at the time of junior high school.

He was born in Nagasaki prefecture in Kyushu.
Every time he goes home to his parents house, the dishes his mother makes for his grandchild are not hamburg steak, but traditional fish "Nitsuke" (simmered fish in sweetened soy sauce) were the main.
The eldest daughter who received the benefit is good at cleaning fishes same as her grandma.

One day he finishes his work and as he goes home, eldest daughter was told him to take a bath earlier.
When he got out of the bath, the eldest daughter prepared dinner for him.

She said, "When I went shopping today horse mackerel from Nagasaki was good price, so I thought that I want my father to eat Aji no Tataki(Finely Chopped Horse Mackerel Sashimi)".
She also deep fried horse mackerel bone to make Honesenbei(fried fish bone) for appetizer.
She cooked all it for him without a place to throw away a horse mackerel.

He was very moved by the eldest daughter's growing.

何年お店をやっていらつしゃるのですか?
答え.....
31年目に入ったと答える。
エ~~生まれていません...何と彼らは平成生まれの若者

思えば、1987年辺りから、大学を休学して、
1年間企業へのインターシップとして小人数の外国人が
我がお店に出入り始めた頃

渋谷駅前のスクランブル交差点、今こそ世界で有名になっているが、
当時は静かな交差点、一度渡る人数も100名程度
ビルの真ん中に画像....無し、音...無し

だが、駅から徒歩で2分、夜のネオンと共に流れて来る音、流しのギターだ
一軒一軒長屋のお店に顔を出し『お客さん〜3曲いかがですか』との声に
良くも悪かも、酔っぱらったサラリーマンの人々が満足に演歌を歌っている。

一杯のお酒、知らない初顔に、温かいまなざしで、おもてなしをしてくれる紳士
肩書きを意識していると、常連客にはなれない。
ありのままの人間像、

うつり変わりの激しい現代だが、
最近日本の若者から、海外の人達までが、小さな長屋のお店に興味をもつ




To customers who came for the first time in Enoki, Many people asked same questions me frequently.
How long have you been open this restaurant?

The answer is. . .
It has been started 31 years sinse I opend.
Some young customer said "we weren't born yet.... "
The history of this store longer than their life. 
This is interesting.

Nowadays many foreign customers come to Japan.
Look back and foreign customers from 1987 began to come to my place.
They taken a leave of absence from college, it was the foreigners who come to the internship of one year to Japanese companies.

Time they started out in my shop, Shibuya Station of the scramble crossing was quiet.
Currently worldwide famous Shibuya scramble crossing but that time building has no screen, no  music.
The number of people over once the intersection I think it was about 100 people.

In my "Nonbei Yokocho" arrive at a 2-minute walk from the station in the same as now,
People can see the night of neon at night, would have heard the guitar sound of the strolling musician.
The strolling musician entered to each Izakaya in row house.
He asked playing guiter and sing with customer.
Some drunk people try to sing Enka(Japanese traditional songs) together with him. Their song neither good nor bad. 
However they look happy.

A gentleman, for the first time to customers who have been coming to the store to Enoki, treat a cup of drink, did a hospitality.
We have seen another 30 years or more the appearance of bare human.
Once aware of social position, not to  be a regular customer.

The era is rapidly changed.
However, young people and foreiner interested in my Enoki of a small row house same way as 30years ago.

30~50代後半…切磋琢磨働き、お酒を呑む度合も多く
神経ピリピリ、あげくの宛、身体に悪い煙草
それは別に、男性だけの問題でもなさそう......?
ータバコも、人其々身体の体質もあるので、云えないが…
何十年も吸っている人、吸わない人を比較してみると、
肌が乾燥………?確かに
やめたい~と思いながらも、口が欲しがり、やめられない。
最近50年間も吸いすぎた御婦人、肺の呼吸が苦しくなり
慌てて、煙草を止めるハメ、今2ケ月目、本当に胸が苦しい~~
毎日 が、かっとうとの闘い




Japanese men especially from thirties to fifties work hard.
They use sensitive sense to their customer as well as their boss and co-workers.
Frequency to drink a drink in the relationship of the work is also high.
Some people smoke bad tobacco on the body while drinking.

Alcohol and smoking are based also on of each human constitution,
but definitly not possible to assert a good thing 100% health.
It is not only men's problem. Some women are smoker as well.
When I tried to compare the people who do not smoke and people
who are smoking, clearly skin is dry after decades of smoking.
Every smokers think "I want to quit smoking"
but it is not easy to quit because it became a habit.

Recently, my friend lady of smokers breathing became painful.
She has continued to smoke almost 50 years!
Now she quit smoking for her body, but it also has become a source of stress.
She has not smoking 2 months now.
However she has to struggle with the desire to desire and her health she want to smoke every day.

MALAYSIA  KELAB GOLF
朝 6:00過ぎ、まだ暗やみの中、車も少なくスイスイとゴルフ場へ急ぐ!!
ゴルフ場で、朝一 ココナツ入りの飲み物と、マレーシアの料理をつまみ食い
昨夜の降った雨で芝は濡れているが、コースは中々良い
7:00空も明るくなって、サ~~ア スタート
太陽が登る前までは爽やかな気候、仲間達の笑顔も良好、
9ランド終え、次は、難しいコース   休憩無し
2Lのボトル2本と氷入れの水筒1つ、ボトルの水が喉の中へどんどん入っていく
10:00過ぎ、太陽が登ると「暑い」の一言、風が全く無い
ただ日本の湿度と違って、ベトベトしていないが、暑さが違う
皆言葉が少なくなり、悶々と~~
も~う数字など、どうでもよくなったが、残り2ホールの前でようやく休憩
ココナツ入のドリンクが、元気にさせてくれた。「結果は……内緒~~?」
「グリーン周りの短かいアプローチショツトが弱点、完全に練習不足…」
でも気が合った仲間とのスポーツ、又行きますよ…


I experienced the golf in Malaysia recently.
Early morning 6:00AM, We went to MALAYSIA KELAB GOLF.
Our car went to smooth before dawn.
After I arrived at the golf course, we had coconut drink, a breakfast of Malaysian cuisine.
Although grass was wet because it was raining last night rain, the course was good.
Sky gradually bright at 7:00 am, we started golf.
It was a very refreshing climate in the morning.
Friends were around the course together was also good golf play.
We played the 9th round without a break, and the next 10th round was a difficult course.
Completely rising the sun around 10am, the sun is very hot, the wind was not blowing.
It was very hot...
Come out words is just "hot".
Water of 2L bottle went rapidly entered into the throat.
Humidity might lower the be from Japan, I thought it was different from the heat of summer in Japan.
We could not have conversation slightly by heat.
Also we could not care about the score.
It was finally a break in front of the remaining two holes.
Coconut juice was very delicious drank at that time, made me be energetic.

Then the result is ... secret!
My weakness is the approach shot. I was a lack of practice.
However it was fun after a long time of golf with friends!
I want to do the golf again without any discourage.

50代、仕事優先、朝の通勤ラッシュから、疲れが始まり
会社命令で月の半分東西南北へ短期間の出張も多い中
仕事を終え"えのき"のお店にひと呼吸、近くの職場に勤務している息子に
連絡、半年振りの再開で飲み会
その姿を見ていた、他のお父さん、娘に連絡、良い好青年がいるのでお店に
来るように、20分過ぎ、お嬢さんが来店、可愛い!!
その後、やはり東京に出張に来て、息子と会い、えのきに来店
親子3組の初合わせ、疲れているお父さん達の顔も、この事ばかり良い顔をしていた。
又お子さん達も素晴らしい、お父さんを大事にしている印象がとても良かっ~~た

Man of about 50 years of age who come frequently to my restaurant is very busy man.
Always on a business trip in the company instruction, he doesn't go back to the home more than half of the month.
I am glad that he came to "Enoki" after work sometimes.
One day, he has reunited with his son is working nearby Enoki after 6 months.

Other regulars had seen that reunion, one of 50's man took contact to his daughter as "Come to Enoki because there is good young man."
His daughter was coming to the store really after 20 minutes.
She is a very cute!

Then, an another regular customer called his son too!
His son was also coming to the store.

Three sets of parent-child drink together first time.
It was very exciting.
Fathers faces are tired at work usually but this time had a really good face.
Also each child was really gentle and wonderful.
I really understand they care about their dad.

百貨店の店内を各階ぶらりと見て歩くと、春から夏にかけての
ファションがズラ
大半が若い人達のお店
変な世の中だと思う、ゆとり世代(中高年)の洋服のデスプレがない

上司は売り上げが悪いと後輩に伝える
いらつしゃいませの声は元気よく聞こえる,,,,所が、素材や、関連販売の
勉強が、全く出来ていない。
一枚売れて、満足では、買う側もま~ぁこんなものか,,,と
つい素通りしてしまう
買う側の人々の知識のほうが、余程勉強している事を上司はしらなければ、
売り上げは上がらないですね。

One day, I walked around looking at each floor of the department store.
Almost of the shops displayed fashion of spring and summer.
The majority of the shops are young people friendly.
I think I'm strange. Because I couldn't find clothes display for the elderly such as me.

Shop boss had communicated about poor sales to the juniors.
The greeting voice sounds cheerfully, it is her advantage.
However she looks not study materials and related products at all.
So customer does not become a repeater.
The customer is educated. They have a lot of fashion knowledge.
She and her boss must recognize their own ignorance, as well as if it won’t improve, sales never increase.

10年前に比べると、日本人が都心からスキーに行く姿を余り駅で見かけないが
海外からのスキー’スノーボ―ド客が、毎年倍増している
長野県白馬周辺のスキー場
北海道の広大なスキー場「ニセコユナイテッド」抜群のパウダースノー

今年に入って、お店に来店される、海外からのお客様の話題とは
2週間のバカンスでニセコのスキー場へ行って最高に楽しい休暇日をとったよ〜
白馬のスキー場 親子で楽しんで来た話
明日からニセコのスキー場へスノーボードを楽しむ!

日本にはまだまだ良い所が沢山ある、山形蔵王スキー場など

海外のスキーフアンの話によると豊富な雪の量と雪質の良さが抜群との事
スキーを楽しんだ後、多くの温泉場、地域の食材を使った郷土料理など
楽しい思いでを沢山語って明日は日本を離れるます。来年も来ると誓って。。。

Compared to the current and 10 years ago, I rarely see the Japanese go skiing and snowboarding from central of Tokyo nowadays.
However, abroad customers to skiing and snowboarding are increasing every year.
Hakuba ski resort in Nagano and Niseko ski resort in Hokkaido is popular in excellent condition.

From the beginning of this year, almost customer who came to Enoki from overseas spoke the snowy mountains.
It was very hot topics.
There are a lot of places still good, such as Yamagata Zao ski resort in Japan.

According to the ski fans, Japanese Ski resorts have abundant snow quantity and good quality of snow.
In addition, most of the ski resorts has a hot spring in the vicinity.
Also there is good restaurants have attractive regional cuisine using regional ingredients.
They spent the time to talking about Ski and Snowboarding and promise each other come back to Japanese Ski resorts next year.

昼間 大都会の百貨店の地下で買い物をする人達って
80パセントご婦人
品物をかき回す、落ちている品物をみても知らんぷり
ささやかなキズでも、返品
2.3点しか買わないのにやたら、ビニール袋を何十枚も
持って行く人
そんな人達を関心して見ると、顔の表情が良くない
せっかくの美人、美男が台無し!!

声を出し、   ちょつとした演技って、その場のスタッフの方々も仕事のやりがいが
出来て、お互いの気持ちが通じ会い、買い物の楽しみが増す。
一人暮らし、スマホ、…おしゃべりをする相手ではない
脳の老化減少がおきないよう、会話友をつくって、楽しいショツピング
したいですね

歳はとっても心は若い、そんな人生の生き方楽しいですよ~~
今年も皆様宜しくお願いします。



I went shopping in the basement of the big city of the department store on weekdays during the day.
When I arrive the customer was almost the middle age lady.

I was totally amazed at how the shopping they are.
They sprawled the display products.
If it fall, they didn't care. No one picked up.
If they found tiny defect, complain about every little thing to return a product to the store.
Bought a few of the goods but took many plastic bags over 10 pcs.

They looks beauty and handsome.
However they ruined their beauty by unhappy facial expression during shopping.

I think they should have an easygoing attitude.
If chatting merrily with everybody, the clerk's also rewarding work can be.
Through the feelings of each other, shopping fun would be increases.
Smart phone is not a conversation partner.
In order to prevent the aging of the brain, making friends can talk, you want to a fun shopping.

I want to keep my young mind as became what age.
Also I look forward to your continued good will in the coming year.

昨年は新年早々福岡へ飛び
朝倉市から車で15分 原鶴温泉に一泊、「ふぐ料理」を食べて1年の出発~
5月 に入って、山口県の酒蔵を回って岡山市へ
翌日岡山港から約1時間 程、船に乗って香川県(小豆島)に到着
醤油造り…オリーブ園…オリーブソーメン…瀬戸内の小魚、さぬきうどんを食べて
その後、真夏(8月)に、再び小豆島に泳ぎに行き、瀬戸内の穏やかな海~と島~を満喫

11月結婚式に出席する為、20年ぶり大阪市内に宿泊、南の浪花(なには)と北の新地
をぐるりと往復
翌日…  京都へ 懐石料理を食べに足が軽い

 11月の最終、4度目の姉妹交流、岩手県釜石 の「呑ん兵衛横丁」へ、
皆さんお元気で~す!!
釜石の食材(ワカメ…小さいが中身の締まった毛ガニ…かれい…ウニ…牡蠣)
表に出ない食材が沢山あり
*今年は仮設場所から再出発となる建物に移動されるようです。

北と南 短期間の旅 でしたが、それぞれの地域の、香り…土…空気…食べ物、
久し振りの人達との再会
今年もその場所に行かなければ、無い 文化…食材…人を求めて、旅をする計画



I went many places during last year.

In January, I went Fukuoka to enjoy hot spring.
We ate Fugu cuisine at Haratsuru hot spring.

In May we went sake breweries in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
After Yamaguchi, we moved Okayama City.
We enjoyed night in Okayama.
Next day we visited Shodoshima by boat.
Soy source factory, Olive field, Olive noodles and so on... there was really great place.
We visited Shodoshima again in August.
Seto Inland Sea was calm and unruffled.
We enjoyed small adventure there.

In November I went Osaka City to join the wedding party.
It has been 20 years since last I visited!
I enjoyed night out in Naniwa area and Minami area.
Then I went Kyoto to eat Kaiseki cuisine next day.

End of November, I went the fourth times of sister "Nonbei Yokocho"
exchange in Kamaishi city in Iwate Prefecture. 
I had a lot of fun reunion with Kamaishi people and seasonal foods.
Sea weed, sea urchin and crabs... it was awesome!
In 2016 Kamaishi Nonbei Yokocho will move into new place from temporary building.
It is a sign of recovery from The Great East Japan Earthquake.

Each trip was very short while.
However I could meet many people, enjoy local foods and feel local atmosphere.
Also this year I am planning many trip to cultivate a better relationship with local people.

大阪へ結婚式に出る為、着物で出発,,,,伊丹空港に着いて、
リムジンバスで大阪マルビルへ到着
式場のホテルに行くのに、タクシー探し、右、左 キョロキョロ
突然あ~ぁ〜..石畳の段差に草履が引っかかり転んでしまった!
”ま~ぁ奇麗な着物、着てはってるのに”、大丈夫ですか^^^~?最悪です
タクシーの運転者『乗り物乗ったら、転けた事も、誰もわからしまへ(笑)』
幸い軽いすり傷でホテルの式場へ....無事式も終え、
久しぶり大阪の夜...日本一高いビル、あべのHARUKAに上り、大阪の街を見る
その後『ミナミ』の道頓堀や人気のグリコの看板の前で写真アップ
大阪に来たら、”お好み焼き”気に入ったお店へと行くと
ず〜〜らり、人人の列、他のお店に行っても長い列、あきまへん!
何処でもよしと行ったお店、空いていた、う〜ん私が思っていたお好み焼きと違っていたが、さすが食い倒れの街、美味しいね
それにしても、ま〜ぁ〜ミナミの町も、人混みと旅行者で人が溢れている。
賑やかさはこれ迄、最後は大人の町、北新地へ、楽しい大阪の街を良くも悪くも、満喫

今年1月アメリカのロサンゼルスの映画のプロデュースを
している方から、メールが届き、今世界中で人気を博している日本酒の
ドキメンタリー映画を作成中と書いてありました。

その中で、お酒に携わっている、登場人物3人の中の一人、ジョン、ゴントナ氏の
エピソードが聞きたく、月末、日本に行きますのでよろしくお願いしますと
連絡がありました。

20数年前、ゴントナ氏はアメリカから来日
何かの縁でえのきのお店との出会い、お店のイベントには、必ず参加をして
仲間との情報を得手たようです。

彼が日本酒に興味を持った時期って、日本全国、お酒が低迷していて
酒蔵の倒産が相次ぎ厳しい冬が続いていました。

そんな時ゴントナ氏が、地方の酒蔵に出かけ、お酒の神秘さに引かれ、レポートを
書いていた時、えのきのお店で出会った、ジャパンタイムズのジャーナリスの記者
に提出したのがきっかけになったようです。

現在日本酒の伝導師として世界の大都市へ講演、酒創りの学校など切磋琢磨しく
活躍しています。

 先月 東京国際映画際で上映されました。題名『KAMPAI』FOR THE IOVE OF

  伝統的な職人技、日本酒を造る人々の顔
  来年日本で上映されます,,,,,,,えのきのお店もちょつと出ています

The report expressed 'why does he feel drawn into the mystery of the liquor'.
Then he submitted an report to an newsperson of Japan Times (Japan’s most widely read English language newspaper).
He met an newsperson of Japan Times at Enoki!
That gave the chance that he started column of sake on Japan Times.
He has been active in the world in the current as sake journalists.

My place Enoki appeared in the film a little.

A movie will run previews at Tokyo International Film Festival 2015 in this month.
